Breve descrição da atividade:

• Contribute to the Fiberline Equipment's availability and reliability, through technical studies to reduce operational costs, introduction of new technologies, failure analysis proposing blocking action for the root cause, preventive and corrective maintenance of high complexity;

• Develop and optimize preventive, predictive and proactive maintenance plans and procedures;

• Responsible for developing and monitoring ongoing projects in the area of high complexity maintenance;

• Study improvements to ensure the operation and productivity of equipments;

• Research the implementation of improvements in maintenance practices available in the market (new technologies);

• Use and promote the use of maintenance indicators;

• Technically support the Mill’s area (Maintenance and Operation);

• Collaborate in the technical development of the teams;

• Participate and technically support the elaboration of engineering criteria and implementation of new projects;

• Specify and request registration of maintenance materials;

• Comply with and guide for the effective guarantee of the application of organizational policies and procedures, aiming at the prevention of occurrences of non-conformities related to the process, product and management system of Quality, Health, Safety and Environment;

• Support the management in the interface with technology center for implementation of industrial projects and tests related to Fiberline, following market trends that can direct technological changes in the manufacturing process, so as to ensure operational excellence;

• Monitor the Industrial Cost, variable and fixed, identifying possible deviations and suggesting the best way to circumvent them;

• Responsible for developing and monitoring ongoing projects in the area of high complexity maintenance;

• Carry out the studies of the process of implementation and maintenance of programs, projects and application of new technologies for Fiberline, aiming to standardize, optimize and update operational processes.
