• Danilo Colombo is a Technical Advisor for Reliability and Risk Assessment within Petrobras. He coordinates R&D projects in well integrity and maintenance and has led the incorporation of quantitative risk assessment and reliability analysis in the well integrity management and well design. He holds an MS and PhD in production engineering, is certified as a reliability consultant, and holds an MBA in investment management. He has published more than a hundred technical papers, book chapters, patents, and software codes. He is a member of SPE (Petroleum Engineer Society), ABRISCO (Brazilian Association of Risk Analysis, Reliability, and Process Safety), and leads the Brazilian Booklet “National Best Practices” for the Risk Assessment for Wells.
